Chateau Carbide on the 24th floor is definitely worth checking out, nice cozy areas to hang out, sit on a couch and have a drink while enjoying great views of the city. "We loved Riu Plaza. We were just there for a short getaway - but everything about the hotel was just right. Great staff, beautiful room, an amazing breakfast buffet. It would be nice to be there to be able to take advantage of the rooftop bar in better weather!
