"We booked a King Deluxe Room with a balcony and were given a Queen Room with a smallish window which made it quite dark. On advising Reception of what we actually booked, we were moved to a beautiful King Room with a lovely sliding door to a balcony. The room was super clean and airy and was well serviced during our stay. We opted to include a full breakfast with our booking and I am sorry to say it was very disappointing. The options were very limited and what was presented was not very appealing. On our last morning the hot food selections were empty and guests had to ask the staff for them to be replenished. Not a pleasant experience."
