Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!"

"This property has wonderful bones, the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. It is a wonderful location for exploring the nearby glens, the Black Isle and beyond. But the hosts/owners did not prepare us or the facilities for our visit... we had to reach out to learn how to get directions which were Snap-chatted to us, and to locate the key. "The house was lovely, warm and clean. The only let down for us is that it wasn't clear that the house is right next to a very busy main road. Us country folk are not used to hearing cars zooming past at all hours. However, it was a good location for being able to visit many places of interest and not too far from Inverness. Thank you for the fresh eggs they were delicious and a lovely touch, especially when you could see the providers scratching around in the field. Definately free range."
