"We had eight people traveling to Canmore to celebrate a number of birthdays. The Chateau Canmore was a really good location - easy to get to downtown Canmore as well as a short drive to Banff. The staff was really great. The rooms were good, and they were also clean. We did have a bathtub in room 431 that didn't drain very well - had a lot of standing water in it. Since our room had an upstairs, we left our luggage downstairs and while there is room to hang up clothes, it would have been nice to have a small dresser with drawers in it. The gym was amazing and the hot tub absolutely wonderful - so nice to relax in it after a long day of sightseeing and climbing steps."

"This was the best stay in our trip. Rooms were very clean, it was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. We were only a few minutes from downtown, gas station and Tim Hortons. Recommend!"

"This property was very well kept and clean and the bed were very comfortable. I do wish there were some board games or playing cards available as well as facial tissues, which are usually on hand. Some light bulbs were burnt out and the left side of the stove top didn’t work."
