Really lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pool area is nice and rooms were clean and a nice size. AC in the room worked well. Breakfast was really nice.

The location was great. You’re surrounded by all these restaurants and shops. The beach is also very close by, about a 5 min walk from the hotel. The staff was also very friendly as well.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room had a couple of issues but when I told the front desk, they had people take care of the issues right away. There were lots of ants in the room but it’s pretty common in Bali. Room service and location was great.

Excellent staff and although the hotel appears a little old in comparison to other in the area , everything was clean and the staff was very helpful in every way. Super close to Echo beach which is not a the nicest or cleanest beach but its got good surf and food vibes around. It’s got good places to eat accross from it , convenient store and currency exchange a few steps away

Great stay

Very friendly staff that were happy to help. Bed comfy, room kept most of the light out. Shut out a fair bit of noise but as expected on a busy road, you could hear some noise.

The bathroom was not good . The edges were all stained . The curtain was stained too. When the staff when to clean the room they forgot to put the towels and the toilet paper. The mattress and pillow were not very comfortable but it was ok. Breakfast was ok. I really like the fried rice. Location is perfect if you’re a surfer and also for shopping and restaurants. But I wouldn’t come back because of the bathroom. Also the door from the balcony is not in good condition and it was hard to open and close.

Room was ok, very noisy. You can hear ppl walking on the hallway and the cleaners doing the rooms. We only stayed for a few hours mainly to have a place to stay while waiting for our flight. Tried to rest and get some sleep but it was too noisy. Room had a door that interconnected to the room next door. Ppl kept trying to open it which made it impossible to relax. Our room had access to the pool although it was convenient and an extra feature it was the only Pool in the building so you’ll have ppl swimming at your bedroom door. Bed was comfy but super noisy. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We ended up staying only for 4 hours thankfully.

Tried to downgrade my room even though I paid for a better room purposefully. Said they had none left and put me in a family room instead. Rooms and building are olddddddd and poorly maintained. There were construction works at midnight carrying out work and making soo much noise. Not a comfortable room by any means. Stained towels and overall dirty bathroom.

OK hotel, but room for improvement

If you want to sleep, then don't book this hotel. There were people partying/playing music and making loud noices in the middle of the night -waking us up all nights we spent here (hostel vibe). Went to the reception who finally told them to be quiet. I think the hotel/receptionist should have acted on this by making sure that people are not making loud noices in the common areas at night, since it's not up to the paying customers to tell other customers to be quiet. Additionally, there were no hooks for the towels, which would be nice to have. Otherwise, the stay was ok, super friendly staff, but mediocre breakfast.

Die Lage ist ganz gut. Die Bilder der Zimmer wurden geschönt. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Badezimmer war am schlimmsten (gelb verfärbte Klobrille, etc.) Es sind leider nur 2 schmale Pools vorhanden, die mit Poolzugang aus den Zimmern im Erdgeschoss erreichbar sind. Dadurch ist es nicht so toll diese zu nutzen, wenn man keinen Poolzugang hat. Frühstück war okay und der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ganz schön.

I had checked in to the property and told them it was just me and that I only needed one key. A man who I had previously met, knew where I was staying and asked for my room number at the front desk. They called me on my room phone and then called me about eight times on my cell phone from the hotel front desk. He went up to my room with one of the front staff people, and they knocked on my door several times, when I didn’t answer, the staff person unlocked the door for this person. Thankfully, I had it latched from the inside and he wasn’t able to gain access. I was really upset and felt very unsafe and wondered what would’ve happened if I hadn’t been in my room? Would they have let him just roam around inside of the room waiting for me? What if he gone through my baggage and taken my passport? I recognize that we’re not in North America, but basic standards of safety for anyone traveling should be adhered to. Especially a single woman. I also gave it a three star rating because there was no blow dryer, and when I called to ask for an iron, they told me it was “still” broken. A hotel of this size in this location should definitely have at least a few irons if not one in each room. I also didn’t love the small recyclable plastic bottles. I would’ve been happy to see a water station in the hall like other hotels I had recently been in. This all being said, the staff were very nice and kind.

Great food by Puttu

People were so kind. The location is close to Batu balong for surfing. Bed was very comfortable. Make sure you add on the breakfast, Puttu is an amazing and kind chef who worked many cruiselines. I enjoyed the variety of Indonesian dishes and soups. If you are picky they have breads, croissants,cereals,fruit and yoghurts too. The pool was very nice too to swim laps or just relax.

Love this property! Close to the beach, coffee, tons of restaurants and bars. If you’re looking to stay in the heart of the action, this is your place. If you want something more quiet, then maybe not. Staff is always super nice, I stayed for about a week and it was really so welcoming. Breakfast is good too!

Perfect for a first visit in Bali

Accueil super pour notre arrivée extrêmement tardive (3h du matin) et prise en charge très agréable après plus de 20h de voyage. La chambre était idéale pour un couple avec un enfant ! Notre bébé sait désormais dormir dans un grand lit. Pas de lit bébé, uniquement un lit 1 place 😉
