Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Awful!

The host never sent me check in instructions and didn’t respond to calls or texts from me or VRBO customer care. Had to spend 4 hours working with a manager at customer care to get our money back and then book another resort last minute on the day we flew out!! Absolutely awful experience. Do not book here
