"Perfect location in Banff town. you can walk everywhere. There are tons of restaurants right around the property, so we never had to use our car. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and having two good restaurants inside the lodge was a nice bonus. What really stood out was the service. I asked multiple questions over WhatsApp and got responses within a minute every single time. That level of responsiveness is rare and genuinely impressive. Overall, this was easily the best decision for our stay in Banff. If you’re considering this place, it’s a no-brainer."

"Never mind any negative comments posted by other ppl. This is a rustic cottage and is perfect described on their page. The bed was comfy, the shower and sinks have very hot and very cold water that work absolutely perfect. Extra hooks and shelves were great. The mini kitchen has a stove, oven and bar size fridge with a small freezer, microwave, kettle and basic cooking utensils. If you need anything at all just ask. They are great! Lots of plugs but an extension cord with usb would be very helpful. At night every cabin has Christmas lights. It’s adorable. Easy parking even for the largest rv’s. I am a single female traveller and felt safe and cozy."
