"Staying here was good. The room was clean and easy to access. The restaurant is very tasty with many options. They don't have a pool, hot tub, sauna or a games room, no kitchenette either. The room itself has a new bed with clean sheets, the bathroom is also clean, with new amenities and a smart TV that works well. The one thing that makes me give less stars is that I was not charged the advertised price and the price fluctuations rapidly change. I was charged 50$ more than the advertised price and when trying to figure out why this happened the property became unresponsive. One day it may be advertised for 86$ and then another it is 225$. If you need expedia to help you dispute a price you need to have immediate proof of that same price for later in case you get charged more."

"We had the worst sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel because the air conditioning wasn’t working and our room smelled like cigarettes. When we asked the front desk to fix the air conditioning, someone came and fixed it - and it worked for about 10 minutes before reverting to warm air again. When we told staff about our experience at checkout, they feigned sympathy but weren’t too bothered. We’ve never had a bad experience at the Tonquin before, and have always been eager to support anything but Pursuit … but yeesh … this stay was a hot, stinky stay."

"It was great one day experience with my family, though it adds up and on the pricier side Spa, food in lounge and restaurant and the stay. I prefer the king suite than the double bedroom, as well. Food was good but serve in small portion."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Fox Hotel & Suites. The entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable the moment we checked in. Our room was very clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after spending the day exploring Banff. One of our favorite parts was the hot pool area — such a great way to unwind and enjoy the mountain atmosphere. The hotel also had a warm and peaceful vibe that made our trip even more memorable. The location was very convenient and close to everything we wanted to see. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banff!"
