"Our room was able to be ready early and the area is walkable to the Arena and restaurants. There is a Fire department nearby but the sirens were not intrusive. the room is older but very clean and quiet!"
"Staff was amazing!
Hotel is good. But, the area is not safe, too many homeless and people doing drugs right outside. I didn’t feel safe walking outdoors in this area "
"Love how this hotel is conveniently located by Robson Street. The room is clean and the washroom is super relaxing, love the floor mat and L'Occitane toiletries.
The front desk staff are helpful. There are complimentary bottled water in the room to stay hydrated. Overall a very pleasant stay and just as good as Sutton Place in Toronto, although not as spacious."
"Amazing stay in a beautiful Kitsilano home!We had such a wonderful time staying here. The house was even better than expected—spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was laid out well with everything we needed, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved having multiple bathrooms, which made it so easy for our group to spread out - it really felt like a home away from home.Jack was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful anytime we reached out, which made everything so easy. You can tell he really cares about making sure guests have a great experience. The location was perfect too! It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood but close to everything—just a quick drive to Downtown Vancouver, Granville Island, and lots of great shops, bars, and restaurants. There were also plenty of nearby spots to walk and explore.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’d happily book again the next time we’re in Vancouver and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
