"The Hotel is really showing it's age. Cumbling concrete and peeling wall paper in the bathroom. However, this hotel is really close to the Toronto General Hospital. "

"Only had 2 laundry machines and one was broken. Fitness centre was out of order. Horrible cleaning product smell sprayed in hallway made us move rooms/floors. Fire alarm at 3am one morning. Breakfast extremely crowded. For the price, or just a bit more, pick somewhere else…"

"I was late arriving for check in, staff very understanding and couldn’t do enough to help me. The room was great, the biggest bed and television I have ever seen, clean, complimentary water and coffee, excellent. Great staff at breakfast, very helpful, great selection at breakfast buffet. Not hurried, very relaxed even though it was busy. Express checkout and staff called me a taxi when leaving. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here again on a future return visit. Hotel very central to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. 5 mins taxi to train station. Excellent, 5 stars. Pity I couldn't stay longer."

"Staff are nice and helpful. The room is spacious and centrally located with metro nearby. Just next to the opera house for performances and walking distance to Union station,St Andrew Church, Roy Thomas hall and Eaton mall. Convenient for non driver. The check in service is fast and room service is efficient with tasteful food. This is an environmental friendly hotel. No note pad can be seen. Therefore it is better to bring u own water bottle, tooth brushes and toothpaste and sandals. However, they do provide ironing equipment . The restaurant for breakfast are great."
