"The hotel staff were great! Location was perfect right in front of water taxi and water bus! Walking distance to St. Mark and Doge Castle. I just wished we had the full view of the canal vs. just half from our balcony. "

Their warm hospitality really made a difference. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Venice."

Centrally located to some of the city's most iconic locations, while offering a quiet and authentic experience right on one of Venice's famous canals. The hotel had wonderful service, larger than expected rooms, and a great breakfast! I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!"

"Superb location. Our room had a double aspect overlooking the canal. We could watch the Gondolas all day! Bathroom a bit small and shower over bath wasn’t great. Breakfast was terrible. Very busy, hot food was limited and tasteless, poor coffee, toaster didn’t work, etc. However, the service and location made up for it. Lots of nearby cafes and bars that are relatively inexpensive if you stand at the bar. "
