"We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel...

"This is a lovely place, close to the ocean. Lovely people working there. Felt like they were a bit overwhelmed sometimes like there was not enough people but might be due to season just starting. Room was always clean.. and everytime we got back it smelled like magic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had lots of problems with our card and had to go to the reception everyday and it would not work. They always repaired the problem within seconds with a smile and tried to explain the reasons....

"Hotel was easy to find and close to many shops and restaurants right by the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The self service check in was very quick and easy to use. The rooms were clean, brunch had a good variety including things for picky eaters. The only downside was the lifts were quite slow and the room doors were very noisy however we had a great stay and look forward to staying in a tent hotel again in the near future. "

"From arrival the hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice. The room was spotlessly clean, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The spa was great, I treated myself to a massage which was fabulous. Gym was also great and well equipped compared to most. Great location with very convenient public transport to go and explore Palma, magaluf etc. plenty of activities nearby including mini golf and tennis."
