"House keeping needs improvement, feel of dust on bare feet on floors. Coffee cups tea stained,benches not wiped. No coffee satchets. We did not receive our breakfast as advertised. Power and water out on arrival, this is unavoidable, however seemed to me that when i rang the off site manager to inform of the situation she was rude and i felt like i was a complainer. Advertised as luxury but i disagree. Our view from the front door was the carpark and the one back window view of public toilet. The noise from upstairs units was annoying on lower floors. Over all customer experience was Mehhh. Paid less for better rooms for sure."
