"Breakfast is not at the hotel. You will need to walk to another hotel to eat. The food is OK - pretty the same every day. We did not get the room type we booked because it was not available when we arrived (disappointed). We complained they later changed us a new room, but it was not quite the same type we booked. Another thing is the room in actual is only about 70% of what it looks like on Expedia! This should only be a 3-star hotel. The STAFF are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The LOCATION is excellent, close to restaurants, Hoan Kiem Lake, street food and shopping."

"The room was perfectly clean. The bed was confortable. We could hear noise from the street on the morning but nothing to problematic. The staff very helpfull and allow me a early check in a 9am for 100kd only. "
