We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Calvi, this charming flat air-conditioned to 200 meters of the beach, of a surface of 63 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 3rd and last floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine and Nespresso...
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A south-facing terrace with sofa, table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron...

The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The island of beauty is full of natural and cultural activities, during your stay in Lumio you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the sunshine of the city to go to its various beaches to enjoy a quiet time or to try your hand at the many water activities: paddle, jetski, boat rides... If you are eager to discover the area, you can explore its wonders; the ruins of Occi or the Agriates Desert are available to you! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will seduce you.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private car park of the flat with a numbered space.

Pietra "In the complex very good and comfortable stay.A little too much expensive if we count they don’t give you bed linen and 🙂 Location,near the beach and city center, new apartment 🙁 Not very clean when we arrived,lack of furniture especially in the kitchen and toilet without a sink where you can wash your hands.You need to walk across the flat to go to the bathroom to do it"

The coffee machines in the kitchen were either dirty or broken. One was full of fungus so a reduced value for money. However, the caretaker was available and found a temporarily solution on the day after.

Appartamento nuovo in ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia,i vari negozi e il supermercato. Comodo anche per raggiungere il centro e il porto. Sarebbe molto utile una tenda per rendere più fruibile il terrazzo. N.B. E' uno dei pochi appartamenti a Calvi in cui si accettano gli animali domestici!

Pietra "🙂 Appartement spacieux et bien localisé avec une place de parking. Attention toutefois vous n’avez pas les draps compris dans le prix ainsi que les serviettes de bain (35e en supplément !). Pareil, pas grand chose en élément essentiel (peu de papier cul, pas d’huile, sucre etc…). 🙁 Les draps et serviette pas compris, certains meubles notamment les meubles de terrasse abimés"

Pietra joli appart propre idéalement placé. quelques équipements à revoir cafetière minuscule barbecue électrique petit et de mauvaise qualité. service avec la conciergerie inexistant. je n'ai jamais eu les draps que j'avais demandé. nous avons dormi sans housse de couette sans taie . lamentable. oreillers sales j'ai du les laver pour pouvoir dormir sur quelque chose de propre.malgre plusieurs rappelles. La personne n'est pas venue faire l'état des lieux de sortie. pas professionnel du tout dommage

Pietra "Bel appartement, spacieux, très bien situé, à proximité du centre de Calvi, de commodités et près de la plage. Très belle vue de l’appartement Avons pu récupérer les clés plus tôt que ce qui était convenu ce qui était top ! Points négatifs : Équipement à revoir, cafetière de petite taille, peu de vaisselle. Avons dû louer les couettes malgré qu’elles étaient à disposition du logement (20€). Poignée de la porte fenêtre cassée pour accéder au balcon."

Pietra "Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit perfekter Lage, nahe zum Strand und fussläufig nach Calvi. Der reservierte Parkplatz und der Lift zur Wohnung haben uns den Aufenthalt mit Baby sehr erleichtert. Restaurants gibt es vor der Tür oder in 15 min zu Fuß im Hafen von Calvi. Gegenüber findet sich ein kleiner Bio-Supermarkt, der morgens hervorragende Baguettes und Croissants hat, ein paar 100m weiter außerdem ein riesiger SuperU-Supermarkt. Der Fahrradverleih nebenan hat die Lage für uns abgerundet. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist dass keine Bettwäsche in der Wohnung vorhanden ist, die muss man vorab separat beim Host anfragen oder eben selbst mitbringen. Hat für uns aber funktioniert, wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit hier!"

Pietra "🙂 Bonne situation de l'appartement, le centre ville est accessible à pied rapidement. Le quartier est animé le jour mais calme la nuit. Les équipements proposés sont adaptés. 🙁 Les portes de la salle de bain et des toilettes frottent et coincent au sol, un réglage serait appréciable. Les chaises de la terrasse sont abimées et méritent d'être remplacées."
