"The photos of this property do not match. On arrival the building had broken glass taped up, no direction where to find a key, no support with trying to contact for help. Car park had people being erratic. Room itself smelt of smokers. The bed was ruffled. The bottom sheet not ironed. Paint was coming off the walls in the rooms. "Property was clean, having a boat pontoon was great, it’s why we chose. Boat ramp next street over, so really close to put in and out. Quite neighbourhood. Loudest noise was the fish splashing around at night. Mullet? Had visits from some water dragons in the mornings. Could do with air conditioning, fans were okay. We stayed in Early March 24.
