No one was there 100% of the time, but the girl who was there from time to time was very friendly and helpful, Bathroom was small (room #2), but otherwise room was great. Very clean. "Staff was very friendly and pa large deal with arcade was super helpful! Kids loved the climbing, mini bowling, 4D movies and games. I only gave it a 4 star instead of 5 because the room wasn’t very clean and the prices for food in the restaurants that were open (only a couple) were expensive. I did appreciate going mid week though because it wasn’t crowded. Great get away with two kids ages 9 and 11."
