"I had a room at the rear of the property which was very quiet. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom came with a lovely bath with shower over. Storage was plentiful with a wardrobe and 4 large drawers. You could hear the occupants of the adjoining room but it wasn't an issue. Parking is avaliable at the front/side and rear of the property. I have learned from experience not to park under the trees as you will return to find your car with bird droppings. I always stay here when visiting the town. The staff are all friendly, helpful and accommodating and they take an interest in what you have to say. I usually eat at least once whilst staying here and the meals are generous, tasty and, in my opinion, good value for money. "

"Stayed for one night. Very friendly staff. Room spotless, comfotable and well decorated. Huge bathroom with an excellant shower. Had dinner and cocktsils in the restaurant which was outstanding. Breakfast really good too. Will definately stay again if doing another multiple university visit "
