Brilliant place to stay

We were there as a base for 2 nights. We were upgraded as the site wasn’t busy. Steve, the Manager, was extremely friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be going again, and next time, for more than 2 nights.

Lovely quiet stay

Glebe farm was excellent. The view out of the front windows fantastic looking for miles over country side.

Convenient location for showground quiet location. No tea, coffee etc and no soap. Smelt musty and could do with a spring clean

My stay was very relaxing and the apartment was very clean with lovely views of the country side .There is a lovely little lake which you can fish in . All in all it is very good value for very little money .

We really enjoyed our stay at Glebe Farm apartments. It was excellent value, clean and cosy and so lovely and quiet. Would highly recommend staying there.

Peaceful country stay.

Nice clean, tidy basic accommodation, not too far away from a Co op, couple of pubs and takeaways but set in some lovely peaceful countryside. Host was friendly and helpful too.

Lovely Place to Stay

Lovely place to stay, the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Pleasant clean and tidy room, lovely surroundings. The owner was super friendly and very helpful. We will certainly stay here again.

My son and I spent 4 days here for a fishing trip. The accommodation was very good in quiet, peaceful surroundings. The lake although quite small was well stocked with plenty of fish. We enjoyed the sport not taking it too seriously. The pegs to fish could have been a little more defined but it was adequate.

Super self contained country apartment (1 of 4) everything you need including fridge cooker,microwave,settee & chair Big bathroom with HUGE shower!!! Excellent value for money. Always clean too!! Have stayed several times.

Great accommodation for the price you pay. Hob,microwave,fridge,cutlery,crockery. Warm,clean & comfortable & so convenient as you can book in up to 11.30pm (have especially if you are travelling a distance as we were & want to arrive out of hours it’s ideal. Will definitely stay again if in the area!!

Tranquil. Lovely quiet spot. Self catering. Lake. Apartment itself worth easy the money charged. They don’t mention a tv on advertising but there is one. For a long stay could benefit with a more than a hob and a microwave but it’s fine for a short breaks. Good value. Can’t knock it.

Absolutely fabulous!!! Has a small lounge/diner/kitchenette all in one. Decent size bedroom with large bathroom & large shower. Beautiful grounds too. 24hr access available so ideal for me as I can arrive late & leave early. Fabulous value for money too!!!

I was a little nervous after some of the poor reviews about cleanliness but I found the cleanliness wasn’t an issue. The location was lovely, the apartment was generous and quiet. The cost was good,negatives it’s a little tired and probably needs a refresh, apart from that I enjoyed my two night stay. On arrival the key was in the door alongside my name,I didn’t see the owners at all but that isn’t an issue I’m sure the discreet security cameras and automatic gate meant they could operate without any interaction and there was a contact number for them just in case.

FABULOUS!!! FABULOUS!!!!! FABULOUS!!!! Everything you could want. Dining table,fridge freezer,hob,microwave,crockery,cutlery. Massive shower,very clean & comfortable!!! BEAUTIFUL surroundings,wake up to look across green belt land(STUNNING) Large pond in beautiful grounds!! SO SO quiet area. Late arrival up to midnight,just PERFECT,ABSOLUTELY love the place. Been twice now & WILL be back!!!!

The most disappointing stay we have ever had. Warning flag as no check-in details and we had to phone on the day. The “apartment” is a converted stable and the bedroom window is an internal frosted window. No soap or other amenities and had to hunt around to find bedding to make up the sofa bed in the “kitchen” for the 3rd guest. No sign of anyone to make payment despite being told to go to the house on arrival. Rude owner Steve then phoned at 10:35pm and insisted on us getting out of bed in the dark to make payment rather than in the morning. Will be staying in Lincoln in future - much nicer and lots of good accommodation options.
