"We stayed several 1night stay during our 3 weeks in Australia. It was very convenient for catching our next flight to different destinations. It’s walking distance from the Domestic terminal and since my daughter is a power wheelchair user, it made our otherwise complex planning for accessible transportation much simpler and cheaper"

"Good location and easily accessible by train. The front desk staff was attentive and engaged. I stopped by 2 days before my check-in to ask if they would hold my luggage as I was traveling to another city and did not want to carry my large luggage, and they accommodated the request. Two things to call out. There was no daily room service which I was not aware until I checked in. I did not understand where to drop off my garbage from dinner so the pizza box stayed in my room. I had thought I would see a room attendant in the morning walking the halls, but did not see that either. Also, I asked for a 5:45 am wake up call as I had an early flight, but did not receive it. When I was checking out at 6:15 am I realized there was no one at the desk and you pretty much drop your key off at an express check out kiosk. "

"Our stay was fabulous. Only complaint was staff at checkin-she was very rude and didn’t want to help us initially and kept telling us to go to auto check in. When I told her I had but that a couple of features like late checkout and food credit weren’t showing up, she wasn’t happy about helping us. Rest of staff were very pleasant. "

"Exactly what we needed for the night before our long haul international flight. The room was small and the shower was huge, but very clean, new and super funky retro. Service downstairs at the bar and restaurant was fabulous. Also, the free welcome drink was a very nice touch. We loved it. Have recommended it to friends that will be staying soon for the same reason. "

"The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is very close to the airports. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was great that we can bring food and drinks from the bistro and bar. What I like the most is the free shuttle bus service."
