"This motel felt like a dorm or low security prison. Very old & tried, but surprisingly enough the bed was very comfortable. Lack of power plugs near the desk as well, which is inconvenient. Stay at your own risk!"

"Lovely, cosy accommodation in good location. Easy access to shops and river. Pet-friendly with a fully enclosed yard. Kitchen has everything you could want for a holiday stay, including a coffee machine. Books and games provided. Very well maintained and clean when we arrived. "

"Lovely stay at the Beach Hotel. Safe swimming beach across the road and easy walk to restaurants and shops. Lovely pool area however sun lounges could do with cushioning - they were very uncomfortable and not for relaxing around the pool. Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend."

"Large room with very comfortable beds and good bathroom. Kitchenette had everything you could want and a full size fridge. The location was excellent for shops and 10 minutes to the beach. Small pool which was sparking clean. A table and chairs just outside was nice for a sunset drink. A very friendly welcome from the host who organised an early check in after the overnight bus, and also brought a tray in the evening for a continental breakfast. Really recommend!"

"We had a super stay! Staff was all friendly and helpful, we got a surprise upgrade to a penthouse suite which we didn’t need, but truly appreciated. The porch spaces took superior advantage of the views from this hotel. The pools were AMAZING and the parking safe and secure. Nice location to walk the pier and enjoy the downtown. Things do close early (like 4-5pm) so plan accordingly. Only the restaurant was a let down. Meh food and had to work to get silverware and napkins. Staff there was friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend this resort!"

"Accommodation was not as advertised. Advertised as studio cabin with picture of cabin and interior with beautiful furnishings however upon arrival it was a motel style room with older furnishings. Have pictures to show the difference and happy to provide to Expedia as what you’re advertising is not what the accommodation is. Have no complaints about Ingenia or staff just want to warn others that the pictures are not what the accommodation are. We were really disappointed to arrive at the accommodation after hours and find that it was absolutely not what was advertised. "
