"The elevator was down in the front of the hotel so it was a long walk to the back corner elevator. Not a complaint, just stating a fact. I don’t mind walking but I saw lots of older guests here for biltmore Christmas that I would imagine needed a closer elevator, probably not the best time to update. Other than that, it’s conveniently located to biltmore, the beds are very comfortable, and everyone was very nice. I would recommend this location and stay there again. "

"Room and hotel was impeccable clean. I was in room 107, which is the closest to the front desk. It was a fantastic location, except during the breakfast buffet. The chairs made allowed noise when being moved. Not a huge deal, but I would recommend putting some padding underneath or tennis balls. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. As mentioned. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. They had rubber gloves and masks along with hand sanitizer at various locations and readily available. Location was great too a few fast food restaurants such as, Wendy's, McDonald's, Panda Express, etc."
