"The 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and the staff was very friendly, however the apartment showed numerous signs of wear and tear. Needed to be painted terribly. Bad odor from not being thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. Doors, kitchen cabinet doors, etc. were covered in grime. With some good old fashioned cleaning and painting, this place could be awesome. "

The staff were friendly and helpfull. Easy check in and the breakfast was fantastic. Heaps of variety. The room we booked was exactly like the picture and i did not know it came with a balcony. Bonus. The hotel is perfectly situated. Close to metro and loads of shops and people about. Walking north is the musrum, creek and souvenier shops and around the hotel are plenty of eateries and a 24-hour supermarket. We will stay here again on our next visit as this hotel is also great value for money.
