Shane and Sinead were terrific hosts! Check-in was smooth, the room was top-shelf in quality. Bed was actually a king size, with nice bathroom amenities and privacy was respected. Shane cooks a mean Irish breakfast and Sinead is just a ray of sunshine to start the day in the Bunratty-Limerick-Ennis area. Would recommend to anyone for a pleasant, relaxing stay.

Liked the hosts hospitality and everything was very tidy. I been offered Room 6. The washbasin was very close to the toilet which makes it very uncomfortable to use. Other than that all went well.

Sean and Sinead were wonderful hosts! The room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was top notch, lots of options and served quickly!.

This is a classic B&B, so there is a common area for breakfast and each guest has a private room with ensuite. The couple who own/manage the property are so friendly. Shane is a trained chef and it shows in the quality of the breakfast!

The hosts Sinead and Shane were fabulous. We had a flat tire on our way and Sinead was so helpful. She was so friendly and helped us figure out how to get our car fixed. The breakfast was delicious but mostly the hospitality cannot be beat. We will be back. thank you so much
