The property is a bit tired, but the room - apartment, really - was clean, a good size, and an easy walk to QPAC. Fully-equipped kitchen very useful.

Great view of city . Convenient location with lots of food options around the corner along James Street. Easy access (short walk) to Fortitude Valley train station and buses along Ann St. Howard Smith Wharves ~ 20mins walk.
Only downside is weekend noise from clubs up to 2-3am.
(Kitchen would benefit from large bowls...)
