"This cabin is great for large families! Plenty of room to sleep!! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and very quiet and serene. Only problem we had was it smelled like smoke but we got some air freshener and it helped. Hot tub was good with the tv available. Host was very responsive."

Spoke with the staff they were super friendly they just checked in and made sure we were enjoying our stay and made sure we didnt need anything. Very personable. I would highly recommend this place. "The experience was very disappointing. Within 5 minutes of arriving we checked the hottub and it was cold. This was the main reason for getting a cabin as we wanted a private hotub. I called it in and a maintenance man arrived saying theres nothing he can do and it wont be fixed during our stay. Once we unpacked we noticed the pull out couch was broke and sitting on the floor. It was leaning forward so we couldnt sit and relax. I had to sit at the kitchen table to watch tv. I also called this in...
