"I stayed here for convenience and proximity to my daughter, wh is at Uni. The property looked smart and interesting and most importantly value for money. I had a single room at the top so 3 lotsof stairs. The bed was very comfortable, the linen spotless, hot and powerful shower and adequately stocked tea tray. The temperature was comfortable abd despite some road noise, i slept well. I did not have breakfast, although the snell wafting to my room was tempting. Its a 10-15 minute walk downhill to Bath and about £6 to Uber back! On site parking is VERY tight but this is made clear on the booking site. I did need some assistance reversing out to avoid getting close to any adjacent vehicles. An old, smart buikding with bar and di ning room, attentive and friendly staff, thanks Jasmine and Izzy. Id stay again but probably use the Podium car park overnight, pricier but easier to manoeuvre. "
