"The property was unsafe with a balcony door that didnt close latch or lock, was advertised as frequently booked by families.. i showed up to a cot set up for my 2 year old right next to this balcony door. I ended up having to stay awake all night to ensure my kids safety. A blind fell on my eldest son because the bracket was crooked. "Great little house. Very clean. Everything provided and super close to restaurants, supermarket & St Andrew’s Hospital. A little inconvenient with roadworks happening immediately outside the house but unfortunate we happened to book right when work was in progress. Recommend this accommodation. "

"Despite our difficulty accessing the internet to be able to get into the apartment, once we had reconnected to the internet and followed instructions, we were delighted with the apartment. It was large enough, well laid out and very easy to access. And, having somewhere to park our vehicle, was great. The surrounds were delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed dining out for our evening meal and breakfast. "

Very few essential items such as dish cloths, washing cloths etc, no small welcome package to save going out shopping for milk etc, minimal items to change this from usual average holiday rental to quality property that would pay benifits in the...

"When we arrive there was only bedding for 4 people nothing for the fifth person I made several phone calls and we never got bedding for our 12 yr old child till 10 pm There were only 2 mugs in the room for hot drinks and the fan didn’t work. This was dissapointing. Location was great"
