Our grandchildren, from teen to preschool, loved the multiple kayaks, the crab traps, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, swimming in the heated pool, finding oyster shells along the shoreline. "We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out. Worked out nicely for our family. "

"We had an amazing few days at this house. It was clean and quiet and a fantastic location for our family to catch a few moments of family time before everyone headed back to college. The beds, including the sofa bed, were super comfy and the location on the water was exactly what we hoped. We had our own inflatable paddle boards but we also used the hosts’ kayaks and even rented a jet ski down river for a few hours of fun. 10/10 recommend. "
