"Easy access on highway,easy park outside unit. Spotless clean rooms, older with modern decor & well maintained, as was pool. Really comfy bed & good old fashioned hospitality from the hostess. Did not need aircon, used roof fan - lovely. "

"Following the front desk recommendation ate at the excellent Chinese restaurant in the building. Afterwards enjoyed a relaxing walk along the beach front. The only disappointment was that the lift became non functional during our stay. Staff were very helpful though and carried our luggage down three floors on our departure day. The issue was actioned quickly by staff, but repairs were delayed while waiting for a replacement part. "

"Ulladulla harbour motel is a very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Very close to shops and harbour walks. A lovely town as well "

"Decent stay but room for improvement. We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola, and overall, it was an average experience with a few areas that could be improved. The accommodation was generally clean, but we felt the rooms could have been maintained to a higher standard. One of the bedrooms with the bunk beds had no cooling system, which made it very uncomfortable for our kids to sleep at night due to the heat. Most facilities around the park were good, and the staff at the kiosk were friendly and knowledgeable, which we appreciated. However, during checkout, the reception staff didn’t ask how our stay was or engage with us at all, which felt a bit disappointing. The pool and play area also seemed outdated and in need of maintenance. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with some improvements—especially in room comfort, staff engagement, and facility upkeep—it could be much better. "
