"Unfortunately the noise was a huge issue in this hotel. I could hear my neighbors clear as day which kept me up all night. The hotel was accommodating in switching rooms the next day, however I ended up on the ground floor on the lobby side. The restaurant was extremely loud all night until after 11:00pm. I tried calling front desk multiple times without an answer… hotel should enforce quiet hours especially during the week when most people are staying for work. "

"Overall, this is a fine place to spend the night if you're in the area. It was clean, beds were fine, tv was great, and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or guests. The one staff member who was there when we checked in was reeeeally awkwardly silent and did not appear friendly. It was an awkward experience. The staff who was there at check-out was totally fine, chatting with guests. The main reason for my mid rating is that when the housekeeping staff began their work on our floor, it was 9am on a Sunday. They were chatting and giggling loudly in the hall for 45 mins before they moved on. We couldn't sleep and it was pretty irritating. Of course, people should be allowed to have fun at work but like... it was so early on our Moms Getaway. Normally, we are woken up by our kids and we hoped we could sleep in. The breakfast was 6am to 10am on a Sunday. That may be too early for some. We did not take advantage of the breakfast due to it ending earlier than we wanted to be awake. I sound pretty crotchety but if the staff hadn't woken us up, I would have been fine with the other minor things. I did appreciate the water fountain on the main floor and the pool area looked nice. Plenty of parking, good location. "

"Very convenient and affordable way to stay near Toronto. The GO train station is just 1 mile down the street with free parking making this a great option for those on a budget."

"Loved my hot tub in the room, bed was very comfy and clean. Breakfast was awsome, everyone was all smiles and friendly. Stayed there last year for a week, enjoyed my stay😀. And was there last week for a night. Highly recommend 👌 "

"Properly was clean . Lots of area out back with picnic tables to sit on a nice weather evening. I saw a skunk wandering by the garbage area and was told that they are a bit of an issue. Bed was comfortable rooms were updated . No Kuerig in room just a old coffee maker with average coffee. I would stay there again if working in the Burlington Oakville area"
