"Neat cozy cottage in a natural, tranquil and very picturesque setting. The spring garden was blossoming, the chickens and lambs delightful and the river and sunsets lovely.Caretakers Wayne and Donna were welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. Loved the fresh eggs, cozy fire and fresh flowers."

"We have stayed here several times for fishing the lake, not snow skiing. It is well-appointed, has everything we need, and is generally neat, tidy, clean and comfortable. We did note that someone left two pairs of socks in the clothes dryer (I left them on the bench) and a couple of pieces of cutlery needed a fresh clean, but everything else was spick and span, so that's for noting and not a complaint. The rest of the facility is great and a lot of upgrading has been done over the years and is hugely appreciated. We would love to return when time permits. It was probably cold enough for the fire but we decided to just use a heater to save the firewood and cleanup. All up, a big thanks to the owners."

"The cottage is lovely and it is located in a beautiful quiet spot at Anglers Reach. When we arrived it had been snowing which was very exciting and we enjoyed walking down to check out the lake. There were lots of birds, kangaroos and wombats and it was a nice scenic drive to the snow. Jenni and Pete are very friendly and easy to communicate with which made organising our stay stress free."

"I came to town for a low key respite holiday, to have a look at the mountains and to enjoy some quiet, and was rewarded! Thank you for the clean space and plenty of fluffy pillows. Dinner at the pub is an easy walk, all within the majesty of the snowys."
