Pro: good location, clean and comfortable room, free parking. Con: staff attention to details still seem a bit lacking. Stayed here on multiple occasions, and each time there's something that staff haven't paid attention to. On this occasion it was the room configuration (we booked a king bed and got a twin, had to get it changed), plus attempting to charge for using minibar items when we didn't (despite us calling to say we wanted to remove items to put our own things in the fridge, which staff said would be okay). Both issues eventually got sorted out; if staff were paying attention/handing things over in the first place, then these niggly things that detract from an otherwise great experience wouldn't happen.

The unit was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location suited us very well. The only reason for four stars for cleanliness and not five, was the fact that the outside entry area to our unit needed sweeping. The same tissue was sitting on the ground for our whole stay and generally the area needed the leaves etc sweeping away. I really would not let that stop me from staying there again.

We've stayed here before and love to come back... It's near the places we wish to be.
