"This place is amazing,the staff is super nice ,Any question you have ,they are there for you .Everyone is smiling ,the security guy helped us with 2 big suitcases .The free breakfast is quite decent ,they have some crossaint ,fresh fruits ,mainly Chinese breakfast and Brunchies ,but they are delicious ,they have coffee ,expresso and so on . No place we stayed have washer and dryer ,but they do.It made is so much easier for us ,there are lots of mountains near west lake ,we washed our cloth daily. As far as location ,they are like 20 mins to 30 mins walk from west lake ,but you can always take a taxi .Near there are plenty of local stores ,around the corner there is a farmers market and there is a great bakery store nearby . We enjoyed our staying ,we'll be back ."
