"The owner of the boat would not message us a way of getting in. VRBO refuse to refund us and we’ve had our holiday ruined. Haven’t slept for the last two days. This was supposed to be a treat for my family and I but it’s turned into a nightmare. We never have this issue with a similar company which we have used for 6 other bookings on this trip. I will never book through VRBO or Expedia (their parent company) ever again."

"Vielleicht sollte ich damit anfangen, dass mein Mann und ich (obwohl 60 Jahre) noch nie auf einem Boot gewohnt haben. Es mag also ein paar Dinge geben, die für uns unbekannt waren, für alte Segelhasen aber nicht. Die Vermieter sind top. Agnes ist ein Schatz. Zu unserem Hochzeitstag gab es sogar eine Flasche Champagner und Kuchen. Sehr nett!!! Das Boot ist gepflegt und sauber! Nun wird sich der geneigte Leser wundern, warum wir nur 3 Sterne vergeben.
