"The owner was extremely nice and accompanied us to the parking lot (parking is included) and showed us around the apartment. However, she wasn't sure about how to connect to the internet and she lacked knowledge about how to operate most of the equipment (microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. Overall it was a very nice experience"

"A welcome bonus when we arrived at the station was the host picked us up and drove to the accommodation. Very clean & private in a good location. Close to shops and not far from old town. Host was very helpful providing local guidance. On booking, host sends direct email (which we missed) outlining special conditions including required deposit on arrival. We enjoyed our stay & recommend the place."

"The location was excellent. Close to the beach and old town but easy to drive to and quiet at night. The apartment was a good size with a larger kitchen that was well stocked. Private parking in the underground parkade was great. Sylvia met us at the apartment for check in and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place."

"We had a lovely stay in Saint Malo at Joelle’s apartment. The location is great and very near shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is very well equipped, with comfortable beds and everything you need for a relaxing stay. We were met by Myriam, who gave us the keys and explained everything we needed to know. "Absolutely brilliant apartment, equipped with everything that you might need and more. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Open layout day area (kitchen, dining and living room) with access to balcony with summer furniture. And very good size bedrooms. Garage is a great bonus as no need to worry about space to park. Location is perfect, walking distance to main atractions of St Malo, 3min to beach, 10 min to Walled City. Also great gataway to main roads if you are planning sightseeing further...

"Excellent apartment with everything you could need. Can't think of anything that was missing. The location is brilliant, we parked the car and walked everywhere. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Town is a 15 minute stroll along the promenade. Beach and surroundinf area is lovely. The owners are lovely, very helpful and easy to contact. We liked it so much, we've booked for next year. Would highly recommend."

"Our 2 families had a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was very central and walkable to the beach, all sites and restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have linens and towels included and the kids loved the bunk beds."

"Pros: great location, excellent bathroom and good kitchen. The host, Isabelle, was kind and helpful. Cons: we were disappointed that the apartment had no WiFi. (The listing, when we booked early, said it did). You should know the bed is in the living room, like you would find in a studio. We did not use the sofa bed, but the sofa was a little uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, a pretty good stay for two. Check the restaurant directly across the street- fantastic."

"No towel or bed sheets provided. I got a “reminder” two days before the stay, in French, to bring our own. I replied in English that Expedia didn’t mention that and got a snappy response in French. So you’re expected to carry over two sets of sheets, the beds are tiny, and all your towels. Another point is that the owner insists on giving you a grand tour of the place and wants 50 euros as a cleaning fee. Again not in the agreement when booking the stay. I did not pay that. They don’t speak...

"Comfortable flat just across the street from the corniche to the beach. An easy 25 minute walk into Intra-Muros, but you have grocery, boulangerie, etc a close walk as well. The space is quaint and comfortable."
