The colonial furnished short-term

Independent accommodation Quietly furnished with electrical equipment, wifi. Close to shops, bus lines to the station. The IUT and the intramural, 200m walk from the large beach voted the most beautiful beach in Europe in 2017. Laundromat 10 min walk. 15 min walk from the thermal baths for spa treatments.

Furnished accommodation for up to 3 adults and a BB, rented by the night, weekend, midweek, week and fortnight in short duration. Price depending on the season (low, medium and high) and additional services offered: baby bed, baby chair, board games. Iron and ironing board, beach games ....

The accommodation includes:

A bathroom (shower, toilet and sink, shaver socket, electric towel radiator, storage spaces, vmc, a large mirror and an extendable mirror for women).

A kitchenette: fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood and storage spaces. American style, USB socket.

A living room or bedroom with a convertible sofa bed. New and very good quality mattress, a convertible table for dining or as a work plan, a large storage cupboard. A night table, a side table, an armchair. A TV + DVD player, a wall-mounted radio with jack plug, an electric heater.

A bedroom where well convertible into a living room. With a large convertible sofa with new and very good quality mattress, TV + DVD player, sink with drainer, mini dishwasher, wall-mounted radio with jack, electric heater, 2 reading lights, umbrella pot, box keys, extra shelves, luggage rack.

A sunny courtyard with chair and bistro table, small side table. Outdoor wall ashtray.

Short-term furnished rental (all year) toweling and bed linen provided. Accommodation supplements offered.

Near a nice promenade, not too far from town. We went for a walk along the promenade the first night. Small but comfortable for us two. We stayed for two nights. That was fine.

Wir waren zu Zweit in der Unterkunft. Angegeben war die Unterkunft für bis zu 3 Personen. Mit nur 2 Personen fand ich diese zu klein. Du hast die Tür geöffnet und standedt direkt vorm Bett. Die Anordnung der Räume total chaotisch. Hab mich nicht wohl gefühlt, so dass wir bereits nach einer Nacht die Unterkunft wechselten

Assez déçu, car nous avons loué pour 3 personnes dont 1 enfant de 14 ans, sauf que une fois les lits dépliés plus dutout de places pour valises, chaussures, blousons... appartement sympa mais vraiment que pour 2.
