- Discover this new, bright studio in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing stay. With stunning sunrise and sunset views, it sleeps 2 to 4 people and offers all the comfort you need.
Enjoy a cozy, functional space: a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen for your meals, and a bright living area with a warm, calming atmosphere. The furnished terrace with table and plancha, with no overlooking neighbors, is ideal for outdoor dining. Independent access via a private path ensures privacy and peace.
The location is ideal: shops are just a 5-minute walk away, and beaches are 12 to 16 minutes on foot, including Port Blanc beach just 10 minutes away. You’re centrally located between several beaches. The coastal trail is 1 km from the property. The market and town center are only 15 minutes’ walk. Private parking with fast charging station is available for an extra fee, as well as bike storage.
