"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches.
A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems .
The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
"Faultless service from staff with whom we had contact. Lack of attention to detail from housekeeping which included dirty flannel left in shower, glasses and ice bucket not washed, victials not topped up and dusty head board."
"Lovely hotel, well located in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially receptionists.
Room was well equipped and very comfortable. Air conditioning was a bonus given that we visited for a long (and very warm) weekend.
Hotel was under 15 minute walk from bus and train stations."
"Never stay at this hotel, bed was broken, air conditioning broken, didn’t stay in the upgraded room we paid for. No tea or coffe facilities in the room, only one lift work, wasn’t offered anything help discount nothing at all. No cups in your room no kettle nothing. Paid for queen room , had a view of car park. Was a birthday night away. Stayed in room 309. Never ever again. "
"Hotel was clean, staff were all very friendly. Had some noisy neighbours and could heat music from below (we were on thr 9th floor) but would happily stay again"

"First rate hotel with a unique experience in being able to enjoy the “waters” of Bath within the hotel. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning in the room did not sufficiently cool the room on the 22C days we were there, but the windows opened, which helped."

"Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Gorgeous rooms, friendly and helpful staff, impeccably clean and comfortable. The spa was excellent and the rooms felt grand. I got room service twice and enjoyed it thoroughly. I was upgraded to a deluxe room upon arrival and it was perfect. The complimentary fin and tonic was a lovely touch. I will definitely be booking with you again soon. "
