"Good modern hotel, clean, tidy located in the centre of Brisbane and within easy reach of shopping area, restaurants and attractions. Generally the ambience in the hotel is very nice. The rooms are big, airy and well equipped. The breakfast area was very good and overall the breakfast was excellent. Definitely would stay again and recommend this hotel."

"Stayed at the W Brisbane recently and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. The service was unreal—staff were incredibly friendly, switched-on, and always attentive without being over the top. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.The room itself was amazing—beautifully designed, super comfortable, and had everything you could want. Getting a complimentary upgrade was an unexpected bonus that just topped it all off. Everything about the stay felt high-end but still relaxed, which is rare to pull off. Definitely worth the trip, and I’ll 100% be staying there again next time I’m in Brisbane."
