"Staffs are friendly "

"The room was clean but very cold and heating never came on so one of the staff gave us an electric heater and we had to run the taps for ages to get hot water. Also noticed a lot of mould in the corridors at the windows. Breakfast was okay. The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment!"

"Excellent location very handy to train station. Beautiful seaside fronting with spectacular views beside the beach "

"In general the exprrience was fine. But we wanted some information in advance of our stay. Forget any ability to contact the hotel front desk before you arrive. Telephone options were useless, they rang through until it cut you off."

"Clean room. Very lovely and warm staff very good management team and l really enjoyed my the time my little one. Everything was amazing and l can not wait to good back. The room 424 have the best seaview. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great that there was a lift, and we really appreciated being able to leave our bag after check-out. The bar staff were very nice, and the indoor and terrace bars were fantastic. We'd definitely stay again."

"Room was decent, they had built a different type of shower to the ones in sutton ibis hotel lower quality in my opinion but worked fine. One bedside lamp was broken and they tried to fine me for it but was broken before we arrived so be sure to report any faults while you are there. Staff were polite and breakfast was standard, enjoyed it but could have nicer sausages. Would stay again "

"The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay."
