"Cheap Rooms are dated, but that is reflected in the price. You cannot expect the Ritz when you're not paying for it.. Room was clean and comfy, Fresh linens and comfy bed. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Where the real value comes in is the setting. The serenity and beauty of your surroundings is second to none... "We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The cosy Granny flat is situated in a quiet place. It was lovely seeing & listening to the birds. There are local amenities.The host & her son, were both very friendly and helpful.There's so much to see & do; Beaches, Yanchep National Park, Wanneroo Botanic Gardens/Mini Golf & Glow Golf, The Pinnacles, etc. We did a return journey from Butler Station to Perth city. Another time we went to Freemantle.There are a lot of places locally to go out to eat. Our favourite Indian is "Two Fat Indians" Turnstone St, Alkimos. "

"Sam is a wonderful host, responding to any questions we had almost immediately. The house itself was tidy and comfortable for our family of 3 and our dog. There is a smart TV in each bedroom and the lounge, with comfy couch in the lounge making it easy to kick back of an evening. We would recommend this place to others."

"We had a wonderful weekend at the farm stay, this place is perfect for kids! The whole family loved seeing the animals, feeding them, fresh eggs for breakfast, rides on the paddle boat, and the beautiful grassed area for running and playing. The house itself is clean and well equiped, the deck area perfect for outdoor meals. We will be back for sure. "

It was so peaceful and quiet sitting on the outdoor lounge drinking my coffee in the morning.It has everything you need and more. It was spotless, I couldn't find a thing wrong.
