"Upon arrival the line was extremely long. After waiting in line for 22 minutes to check-in, I was told my room was not ready and I would have to wait 10 minutes have to wait. Ended up checking in an hour after arrival. Mini fridge was leaking. Breakfast was horrible. The hotel overall was clean with a nice vintage boutique look to it. Room was clean even though I had to wait an hour to get into it. Wasn’t given any washcloths. And no manger onsite. Front desk clerk,Evelyn, did the best she could definitely use extra training on making accommodations and conflict resolution; and some extra staff assistance to avoid the long waits and lines. That whole ordeal caused me to be late to a paid booking. It was nice but I will not stay again and will only recommend it to people that like to take pictures since it is aesthetically pleasing. "
