"From the moment we arrived at valet to the check in and questions about things around the area, the staff was so nice and welcoming. Brennan, Winston, and Courtney in the valet were amazing at being so helpful. My room was So clean and everything went so smoothly. The breakfast was nice in the mornings. I felt super safe with the use of cards to use elevators and the area in general felt safe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered.
