"Mini weekend break"

"Hotel was good value for an overnight stay. However the premises are tired and in need of a refurbish. The bar and restaurant were understaffed and the poor staff who were working were under too much pressure consequently drinks didn’t arrive and when they did they were wrong and we had to go to the bar ourselves to rectify it. The understaffing made for a long wait between our starters and main course and we were then overcharged. Breakfast was okay."

"This hotel is located near the cruise terminal. It was very clean and welcoming, it has a nice restaurant and was good to have a nice spot after traveling 24 hours to LHR then Southampton. It’s near the cruise terminal but you CANNOT walk there, you need a cab. Also the elevators are very small so it’s a bit of a wait to get down the elevator and get in the line for cabs. We had to hoist our luggage down 2 flights of stairs. But other than that, we recommend it."

"Fantastic hotel for a low price. My son & 1 had a Sunday night stay meaning we got the price really cheap. We used the gowns & slippers, the pool, breakfast & parking. Location is perfect as it’s walkable to the main town & right on the coast."

"Stayed here after our cruise for one night Room was clean a quite a good size Staff where helpful and friendly. Nice and close to shopping mall and plenty of food options Would stay again"

"Disappointing. The room was cold upon arrival, with the Aircon set at only 17.5°. However turning the Aircon up was a problem, as it kept defaulting to a lower temperature than set, so it took a day for it to climb to only 20°. The shaver socket did not fit a UK shaver, astonishing for a UK hotel."
