What a nice place staff were brilliant all the public areas are really nice funky artwork nice decor and the room was pretty cool too decent shower nice towels b and o tv nice big comfy bed good soft linen curtains that shut out all the light quiet at night and best of all Yorkshire tea bags cheers guys will be back

The staff were very friendly. The bar area was very welcoming and encouraged guests to mingle.The bed was comfortable however the shower and toilet facilities need upgraded throughout. The gardens and pool area are of good size but need maintaining. The star attractions are the breakfast which was splendid and the location is ideal for all amenities

The décor in the hotel was quirky but good. Staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. Comfortable bed. If you are an early riser the WiFi is not switched on nor is the hot water till about 6 o'clock. Shower screen very dirty. Steamer Inn, Shanklin on sea front had a very nice menu, go down in the lift and it's on the right.

Breakfast too expensive and no choice staff friendly but the shower was very poor with low pressure and hard to operate almost impossible to wash your hair bathroom as a whole not massively clean room a bit small with no chair comfortable bed and good facilities

Really lovely family hotel - fun decor, nice pool, good breakfast. Only issue is our room was very small and in the heatwave it was unbearably hot!

A very nice weekend getaway. This hotel is well located, has very friendly staff and is well kept. Clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Also the pool is nice. The only minus was having our stay during a very hot weekend and having a room at the rear side of the hotel facing evening sun - no air conditioning… we still slept well!

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very nice and the beach was only a five minute walk from the hotel. The bed was also very comfortable. I used the hot tub and the sauna and thoroughly enjoyed both. I would recommend it to my family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Such a lovely hotel, amazing customer service, very welcoming & friendly. The lounge areas are so cosy, smell really nice! The decor is adorable. A little bar with a good selection of drinks. An amazing breakfast was served in the morning. Just an all round brilliant stay.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the “Q” Perfect venue near the beach and a very short walk into Shanklin town. Rooms were nice and the pool and spa terrace was really nice. The couple who run the “Q” are very attentive and helpful. One small downside is the parking is not as straightforward as you would like, but it did not detract from having a great stay.

Q for quirky decor. Room 10 was about the size of a sea cabin. "Compact" is being generous.It suits single ocupancy only. Bar area comfortable. Good choice of drinks. Hotel is close to the sea front so convenient.

Lovely hotel, we would definitely return!

The hotel was lovely, very modern, gorgeous décor and impeccably clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in Shanklin, only a street away from the lift which takes you down onto the beach and only a short walk to restaurants, gift shops and the local convenience shop. I would recommend the Q Hotel if you are planning on visiting Shanklin :-)

Ok hotel . Great location. Parking worked well. Nice bar. Only one breakfast price made for an expensive option if you wanted something light - eg scrambled eggs on toast. Shower - poor, both water pressure and temperature rubbish, and when asked pretty much told that’s how it is in our room. TV use too complicated ! Pleasant enough stay but unlikely to return.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff in a good position in Shanklin with everything walkable in a short period. Staff were friendly and the cooked breakfast was enjoyed very much. Had a nightcap in the bar one evening and chatted to the lovely Laura who looked after us. Small irritation was shower was very under powered (think hot mist) room 23 but other than that all good and will return.
