"It's ok for a one night stay. Typical pub food which we enjoyed. The accommodation is in desperate need of renovation; especially the bathrooms. Continental breakfast is super-budget. We opted for the bakery across the road which opens at 6am."

"Our stay in a Tiny Home on Lea and her family’s property was lovely. The place was small but had everything we needed, and had the most glorious views. Waking up to sheep grazing and birds chirping was entirely restorative. The location gave us ready access to the local areas of Yass and Murrumbateman, with plenty to do (and eat and drink!) Lea was friendly, communicative and hospitable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"There is a small enclosed yard, but it is not attached to the house. Dog had to be on a lead to get to the yard, which was challenging at night. there are many other dogs on the property and although contained, they barked a lot at night. The space did not feel private as there are many other dwellings on the property. Would suit a small dog ok, but not our dog of working breed."

"This was about absolutely beautiful spot to stay. Everything was thought through and put together perfectly. The location was stunning, very relaxing and so well kept. The cows were friendly but not too friendly (politely kept their distance). Had it not been winter we would have been in the river, instead we wandered around and enjoyed the scenery. "We left and asked for a refund. Things they didnt mention - no fires allowed - no toilet (sandpaper toilet) - no power (they have lights but you cant plug in your phone or anything else for that matter - bbq broken"

"Absolutely amazing stay! The view was breathtaking, and enjoying the hot tub outside while looking over the scenery was such a relaxing experience. At night, the sky was full of glowing stars, which made it even more special. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything felt peaceful and cozy. Perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!"
