"Stayed in a standard room (3) first night bathroom was abit too hot but was fine the second. Beds super comfy rooms very nicely decorated. Close to the lake and lots of pubs and restaurants. Would defo stay again. Breakfast was lovely! "

"Rooms clean, Mark made us feel welcome. Good location 10 minutes from the lake 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. Good base if you wish to explore more of the towns by bus or car ."

"Another fantastic stay here. We first stayed when my husband proposed (actually onsite) in 2010, revisited in 2016 for our wedding anniversary and then returned this February (2026) with our children to share this special place. Every time we have been the staff have been great, the rooms are comfy and spotless and the food has been delicious. We were all very sad to leave today. Thanks to the team for a lovely and welcoming stay. "
