"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There 4 concerns of why I wouldn’t stay here again. 1. The hill to walk up the hotel is very steep and push a pram up it was painful. 2. The rooms don’t have A/C and get really warm, I can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer time. 3. The hotel only has one lift, the door opens and closes very slow and if the hotel is busy you have to wait ages for it. Great location and comfortable rooms
"Stayed here a few times for 1) location 2) comfort 3) cocktail bar 4) parking convenience 5) service Rooms are getting a bit shabby though: had to switch due to stains (beyond a normal cleanliness issue) on pictures and upholstery. Could do with quality control/ deep clean. Staff were super nice and sorted this quickly and professionally. All the staff are great. Most excellent housekeeping! "
