The best B&B experience you could ask for . Me and my husband we decide to book something in Bournemouth and we discover this amazing guesthouse and obviously Jane and Ged witch they are great hosts . Room it was small but very nice. Breakfast is lovely. Highly recommend for anyone.

A lovely B&B run by a very friendly couple. The rooms have clearly been refurbished recently and everything feels very fresh and clean. Whilst the rooms are a modest size, this place is perfect for a comfortable and cozy night’s sleep. There are tea & coffee making facilities as well as a hairdryer in the rooms. My only feedback would be to supply conditioner as well as the shampoo 🙏 thank you again.

Brilliant stay! Ged and Jane were lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Bed was super comfy, room was spotless and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice! Great location too, would love to stay there, would highly recommend.

Amarillo is a delightful venue in Bournemouth
Amarillo is a delightful venue for a stay in Bournemouth. Jane and Ged are very welcoming. The Amarillo is spotlessly clean. The choice for breakfast is good. The decor is lovely, it is like staying in a glossy magazine.

Amazing
Fabulous accommodation with some extra details. Beautifully decorated throughout and our room gave us plenty of space. Added extras of coffee machine and robes with all the usual you would expect. Spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast was enough as the choice was vast and the hosts could not do enough for you. Would stay again and would recommend to friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. Jane & Ged are wonderful hosts who really care for their and look after their guests. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a very good spread for breakfast, which catered for my fussy dietary requirements. We would definitely stay their again.

A perfect stay !
Jane and Ged were fantastic. A lovely friendly welcoming couple who made our stay perfect. The Gust House is immaculate and very comfortable. Only a short walk to Boscombe or Bournemouth. The included continental breakfast was great - Jane offered a vast selection of options to accommodate all tastes. We will definitely be visiting again when we cruise from Southampton as its only 45 minutes away. Even if pushed we couldn’t think of anything that could be improved. The hosts Jane and Ged were amazing they made us feel welcoming, the rooms were so clean. Before we got to Bournemouth they also recommended places to visit/eat which was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was so lovely. Will definitely stay here when we come back again.

As you point out we recognise that the room you stayed in, our budget double, is a little on the small side and we are proposing to convert it and the adjacent room into one big room and fully redecorate it over the winter to bring it/them up to the standard of the rest of the house. What a wonderful find! An absolutely top-draw stay. My family and I stayed at Amarillo for two nights in early June for a brief staycation - Jane and Ged were fantastic hosts, who provided excellent service and made our stay extra special. The room we stayed in was great (in fact, we took inspiration from the decor to help furnish our own home). The continental breakfast was delicious. Above all, we were immensely impressed by the attention to detail in every regard. A great experience overall.

A great stay for 4 nights. Jane and Ged were great hosts and provided a lovely breakfast. The room was clean and beds were comfy! The location is ok, with a 15 minute walk to the centre of Bournemouth. We would definitely stay here again.

Jed and Jane made it feel like staying with friends rather then a guest house. Loved the decor and attention to detail and second to none. Great selection of continental breakfast, and tasty fried breakfast which you can order the day before. Only 5-10 minutes walk to from Bournemouth train station, easily walkable to Boscombe beach and casual 20 minutes walk to Bournemouth pier. Would happily stay again next time!

Fabulous Stay
We had a great weekend at Amarillo, Jane and Ged made us feel so welcome, the room was really tasteful and spotlessly clean, Amarillo is in a perfect position for the beach one way and the town the other both about a 10 minute walk, lovely continental breakfast all served to us following all the strict Covid rules, such a large selection of tasty tempting things, loved the berry and granola yogurt,we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also worth mentioning we had a nice evening meal at the Cumberland hotel, Ventana Grand Cafe,again a 10 minute walk by the beach at East Overcliff. Thanks Jane and Ged for a lovely stay X

Loved our stay at Amarillo. Ged & Jane are such a great hosts, the rooms were so clean and the breakfast that is included offers a lot of variety. Location & free parking is another great advantage to staying at Amarillo. We actually ended up staying an extra night we loved it/ Bournemouth so much. Wouldn’t have any reservations in recommending this BnB to family & friends. It was also really Covid safe!

A smashing little b&b about 15 minutes walk to East Cliff and midway between Bournemouth and Boscombe piers. Very clean & well run with great attentive hosts thanks Jed & Jane 👍! Only issue preventing a 10/10 was the heat in the rooms on the upper floors but heyho it was 30 deg C + during our stay so no one’s fault and who’s complaining 😎 !
